When will my order arrive?

We pack and dispatch on Tuesdays and Fridays. APC Tracked delivers the next working day: Tuesday dispatches arrive Wednesday, and Friday dispatches arrive Monday. You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships.

How much is delivery?

Free on UK mainland orders of £30 or more. Under £30 it's £7.85.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not yet. We deliver to UK mainland addresses only for now.

How does Stock & Save work?

Pick your drinks and choose a delivery every 2, 4 or 6 weeks. You get 20% off your first box, then 10% off every box after that. Skip, pause or cancel whenever you like from your account, no need to contact us.

Something arrived damaged. What do I do?

Sorry about that. Let us know within 48 hours with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days from the day after delivery to change your mind. Drinks need to be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Full returns policy.

Tell us as soon as you can. We'll check whether we can update your address before your order is packed and dispatched.

Where are your drinks made?

On our family farm in Herefordshire. We make and can everything ourselves, using spring water from beneath our fields, CO₂ we capture ourselves and energy from crops we grow.
