Drink Free with Foreva

Terms

1. Who runs it

Drink Free with Foreva (the "promotion") is run by Foreva Farmers Ltd, Hampton Bishop, Herefordshire HR1 4JU ("we", "us"). Questions: hello@forevafarmers.com.

2. Who can take part

• UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Not open to employees of Foreva Farmers Ltd or Get The Drinks In Ltd, their immediate families, or anyone else involved in running the promotion.
• One entry per person. We treat different versions of the same email address (for example name+1@ or dotted Gmail addresses) as one person.

3. Dates and rounds

The promotion opens when this page goes live and runs until we end it (see section 11). The free tray and Farm Day count your friends for as long as you take part.

The leaderboard runs in rounds, all in UK time:

• Christmas round: from the opening date to 11:59pm on 31 December 2026.
• Quarterly rounds after that: 1 January to 31 March, 1 April to 30 June, 1 July to 30 September and 1 October to 31 December, each ending at 11:59pm on the last day.

Each round's leaderboard starts at zero. A friend counts in the round in which they joined. The extra two for a friend's order count in the round in which the order was placed.

4. How to take part

Get your personal link at forevafarmers.com/pages/drink-free by entering your first name and email. Taking part is free. No purchase is needed to take part, to count friends, or to win the Farm Day or round prizes. The free tray reward is used on an order (see section 6). By taking part you join our email list; you can unsubscribe at any time, but you need to stay subscribed to receive reward emails.

5. When a friend counts

A friend counts towards your total when all of these are true:

• they sign up through your link;
• they were not already on our email list or a Foreva Farmers customer before signing up;
• they click a link in at least one email from us, or place an order;
• they are a real person who signed up themselves, with an email address they use.

Friends who order count as three. If a friend who counts places an order at forevafarmers.com, they count as three friends in total once that order is on its way, as long as it is not cancelled or refunded. This happens once per friend. If an order is cancelled or refunded after we've added the extra two, we may remove them.

These don't count: yourself or other addresses you control, temporary or disposable email addresses, sign-ups made in bulk or by software, and anyone signed up without their knowledge. We may hold a friend for review if a large number join through one link in a short time.

6. Rewards

1. Free tray at 3 friends. We email you a one-use code worth £25 off one 12 x 250ml tray of Natural Soda (any flavour, RRP £25), so the tray is free, when ordered at forevafarmers.com. The code only works on Natural Soda. If you add the tray to a Stock & Save subscription, the code covers the first delivery only; later deliveries are charged at the normal subscription price unless you cancel. The code is valid for 3 months from the day we email it. One free tray per person. Delivery is free when the rest of your order comes to £30 or more; otherwise our normal delivery charge applies.
2. Farm Day at 50 friends. When your all-time total reaches 50 counted friends you receive one Farm Day ticket (RRP £399) for yourself, for one of our Farm Day dates, subject to availability. There are 20 of these places each calendar year. If they have all gone, you are first in line, in the order people reached 50, for the next year's places. Travel and accommodation are not included.
3. Round prizes for the top 3. When each round ends, the three people with the most counted friends in that round win:
   • Christmas round: 1st, The Founder's Table (RRP £2,499); 2nd and 3rd, The Foreva Year (RRP £599 each). You need at least 1 counted friend in the round to win.
   • Quarterly rounds: 1st, The Foreva Year (RRP £599); 2nd, a Farm Day ticket (RRP £399) for the next Farm Day season, subject to availability; 3rd, any two drinks bundles of your choice from our website at the time you claim. You need at least 10 counted friends in the round to win. If fewer than three people reach 10, the remaining prizes are not awarded for that round.
   Prize contents are as described on our website when the round opens. Round prizes are separate from, and don't use up, the 20 Farm Day places a year in point 2. If two people have the same total, whoever reached that total first ranks higher.
4. One round prize a year. Each person can win a top-3 round prize once in any 12 months. If you finish in the top 3 again within that time, the next eligible person takes your place.

We may lower the number of friends needed for a reward. We will never raise it for a round that has already started. Rewards have no cash alternative and can't be transferred or sold. If part of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we'll replace it with something of equal or greater value. Products are delivered to UK addresses only. Farm Day and hosting elements take place at our farm in Herefordshire.

7. Winners

• Before awarding round prizes we check every counted friend of the top entrants, and remove any that don't meet section 5.
• We'll email the winners within 21 days of the end of each round (for the Christmas round, by 15 January 2027). Winners need to reply within 14 days to claim their prize, otherwise it passes to the next eligible person on the leaderboard.
• We'll make the first name and county of round prize winners available on request.

8. The leaderboard

The leaderboard on our website shows the first name and last initial of the top entrants in the current round and their number of counted friends in that round. It updates every few minutes and is a guide only; the final ranking is confirmed after the checks in section 7. If you'd rather not appear, email us and we'll hide your name. You still earn your rewards.

9. Fair play

We can remove friends from your total, cancel rewards that haven't been used, or disqualify you if we reasonably believe you broke these terms or tried to game the promotion. Our decision on this is final.

10. Your data

We use your name and email to run the promotion and to send you the emails you signed up for, as set out in our privacy policy. We never share your email with your friends or anyone else.

11. Changes and ending the promotion

We may change these terms or end the promotion by giving at least 30 days' notice by email to entrants and on this page. Any change applies from the next round; a round that has already started keeps its prizes. If something outside our control means we have to pause or end the promotion sooner, we'll tell entrants as soon as we can. Rewards already earned at that point will still be honoured.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
